Scope of Work & Procurement Overview
Construction of 6-lane access-controlled highway on EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) mode under Bharatmala Pariyojana in the state of Maharashtra, including major bridges, interchanges, and culverts.
Eligibility & Technical Requirements
Who Can Participate? (Eligibility Criteria)
- Contractor must have completed at least one similar highway EPC project of minimum 4-lane configuration of value not less than ₹710 Crores.
- Net worth of the bidder as of 31st March 2026 must be positive and at least ₹284 Crores.
- Available Bid Capacity (ABC) calculated as (2*A*N - B) must exceed the estimated project cost of ₹1,420 Crores.
- Bidder must own or have committed lease agreements for automated asphalt batching plant (160 TPH) and sensor pavers.
- EPC Model Agreement Version 4 applies with revised price variation index clauses.
